I’m not a doctor, so I can’t order or provide testing myself, but I can guide you on which hormone tests to request from your healthcare provider, alternative testing options like hair mineral analysis or gut health testing, and how to interpret these results alongside your symptoms to better understand your body. Testing is completely optional, but it can offer deeper insights into your hormonal health and help you uncover potential root causes of your symptoms. Whether you choose to pursue testing or not, this course is designed to empower you with actionable steps to support your hormones and feel your best!

  • Will I get instant access?

    As this will be a live 12-week program, modules will become available to everyone on the same day every 2 weeks to give you enough time to watch, learn, and implement all of the new information. You’ll be able to log into the course as soon as you purchase Her Cycle, Her Power, but the content will be released regularly over the course of our 12 weeks together. You’ll be notified by email and in the Facebook Group as modules become available. On Wednesday, January 22nd, we’ll have our first live call, the Kick-Off Call. We’ll talk about what to expect, answer any questions you have, and make sure we start things off with the right vibe. Live calls will take place every other week and will be recorded for those who can’t show up live. Dates will be included on the syllabus. The first module will be released on Monday, January 27th. After that, you'll receive one module every two weeks until the completion of the course on April 18th. All worksheets and bonuses will be released on a similar schedule.

  • I'm busy. Will I have time for this?

    This program was designed to make things as easy as possible. I know how hard it is to make a lifestyle change, so everything I teach is meant to make things easy to implement. I’m providing a syllabus with my recommendation for how to get the most out of the course, but if life throws some obstacles your way and you need to slow down, don’t stress! You’ll have the content forever and access to the private group for at least 6 months, so there’s plenty of time to go at your own pace if that’s what you need. During the 12-week live program, modules will be released every 2 weeks so that you have enough time to watch the training, utilize the course accompaniments, implement it into your life comfortably, and show up to the live Q&As with any questions you have. You can get several wins, even in the first module, so if you log in and watch, you’re already ahead of the crowd.

  • Do you have a refund policy?

    We have a 30-day “show us your work” refund policy. If you are going through the material, implementing what you’re learning, and not getting results, you are eligible for a refund. What do I mean by not getting results? Not getting results would mean you feel that: you aren’t learning anything new or valuable, you aren’t able to take the lessons and implement any part of them into your life, you aren’t feeling better about yourself, your symptoms, and your menstrual cycle.
